| | Dean Alan Smiley |  | Mr. Smiley, has been in the insurance business for over 20 years. He sold Smiley Insurance Services, Inc on January 1st, 2005 but continues to be employed as an agent. Mr. Smiley also develops and manages commercial properties in Skagit and Whatcom counties. Mr. Smiley earned a BS degree in Agricultural Mechanization from Washington State University in 1983. |

Mr. Tremaine has served as a director of the National Association of Home Builders, BIAW, SICBA and Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce. |

Subsequently Mr. Hansell formed his own residential and commercial building company, both companies were located in Bothell, Washington. | Michal Cann |  | Mike began his banking career in 1971 in Montana, moving to Western Washington in 1985 as President and CEO of Valley Bank in Mount Vernon, Washington. Mr. Cann moved to Oak Harbor in 1992 taking the reins at the bank on Whidbey Island. He retired in September 2008 as President/CEO of Whidbey Island Bank and its parent, the Washington Banking Company. Mr. Cann brings extensive experience, local market knowledge, and a proven track record as an innovative and successful banker to the position at Business Bank. |
